Death, paralysis, or other serious personal injury may result while you are engaged in motorsports. Motorsports is an inherently dangerous activity. You assume the risk of injury or death whenever participating in motorsports.
No warranty or representation is made as to the product’s ability to protect the user from injury or death. As the user, you are responsible for your own actions and decisions. No safety product can completely protect the user from injury or death.
It is the user’s responsibility to become familiar with all available information concerning the correct use and limitations of all products prior to participating in motorsports.
What is your Product Return policy?
To return a product you purchased (please return new products in original condition and original packaging with invoice), or a product that requires service or inspection, please call 317.852.3067 for a Return Authorization Number.No Returns After 30 Days From Date of Purchase
Please note that all authorized returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. In lieu of the re-stocking fee, at Impact Racing, Inc.’s sole discretion, a 100% credit may be available for future purchases or exchange.
Custom made items, such as, but not limited to: Custom Suits, Suits with alterations, Suits with added embroidery, Dye Sublimated Shirts, Custom Window Nets, Custom Seating, and Products ordered with options, etc… are not eligible for return. Restraints and Limit Straps are not eligible for return. Clearance and Closeout items are not eligible for return.
Products that have been installed, modified, or have missing parts are not eligible for return.
Impact Racing, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping. Please contact your Impact sales representative for full details.

Products returned without Return Goods Authorization jeopardize their eligibility for a refund.
Please note that refunds will be given on parts only less restocking fees and excludes shipping, labor, and any other charges.
What do I do if the shipment I received has damaged packaging or missing parts from Impact?
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. All parts and packaging shipped from Impact must pass our stringent Quality Control inspections prior to leaving our facility, Impact is not responsible for damages to products or packaging once the shipment has left our facility.

The official factory sales and retail storefront in Mooresville, NC is located in the SRI Performance shop in the heart of stock car country, and is surrounded by race teams and is designed to serve racers, race teams and race fans alike. Whether you're visiting or racing in the Charlotte area, the Impact store is another great reason to make a stop in Mooresville, and there's no telling who you might run into!

I do not see what I want on your website, can I special order something?
Is there something you would like that you don’t see on our website? Please call us at (317) 852-3067 and we will review your request, make suggestions or modifications as needed to comply with manufacturing and safety practices and provide you with an estimate on the costs and lead time for your custom order.
What if my item is on backorder?
We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. All orders require 48-72 hours to be processed and shipped if in stock. If you require expedited processing of your order contact Impact directly to make arrangements; expedite fees may be assessed and applied to orders requiring additional labor to ship within a requested timeframe.
If a product you ordered is on backorder or requires additional time for shipping, we will email or call you with the product availibility and and estimated time of arrival (ETA).ETAs are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
If an item from your order is on backorder or delayed, we can either ship the item to you when it becomes available or cancel the order or item at your request if the request has been received prior to the parts going into production and your credit card will be refunded.
What are my payment options?
We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for you through our webstore.
Impact Racing, Inc. employs a SSL Web Server Certificate which allows up to 256-bit encryption where both client and server are capable of encrypting at this level. This technology prevents your personal information from being decoded by anyone other than Impact.
Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You know your computer is in secure mode when the "http" in the web address is replaced with "https".
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for any reason, please contact our sales department before you place an order. Most orders cannot be stopped once processed or put into production.
