No warranty or representation is made as to the product’s ability to protect the user from injury or death. As the user, you are responsible for your own actions and decisions. No safety product can completely protect the user from injury or death.

It is the user’s responsibility to become familiar with all available information concerning the correct use and limitations of all products prior to participating in motorsports.

What is your Product Return policy?

To return a product you purchased (please return new products in original condition and original packaging with invoice), or a product that requires service or inspection, please call 317.852.3067 for a Return Authorization Number.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. In lieu of the re-stocking fee, at Impact Racing, Inc.’s sole discretion, a 100% credit may be available for future purchases or exchange. Custom made items, such as, but not limited to: Custom Suits, Suits with alterations, Suits with added embroidery, Dye Sublimated Shirts, Custom Window Nets, Custom Seating, and Products ordered with options, etc… are not eligible for return. Restraints and Limit Straps are not eligible for return. No returns after 30 days from date of purchase. Impact Racing, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping. Please contact your Impact sales representative for full details.

How do I know what size of glove I need to purchase?

To find glove size in inches, measure around the largest part of hand over knuckles while making a fist, excluding thumb.

  • Small: 7 to 8-1/2"
  • Medium: 8 to 9-1/2"
  • Large: 9 to 10-1/2"
  • X-Large: 10 to 11-1/2"

I do not see what I want on your website, can I special order something?

Is there something you would like that you don’t see on our website? Please call us at (317) 852-3067 to special order items. We will get it produced quickly and ship it to you, usually with no delay.

What if my item is on backorder?

We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. Most products are in stock and ready to ship when you order them. If a product you ordered is backordered or requires additional time for shipping, we will email you with the product availability and estimated time of arrival (ETA). ETAs are only estimates and are not guaranteed. If an item from your order is backordered or delayed, we can either ship the item to you when it becomes available or cancel the order or item at your request and your credit card will not be charged.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for you through our webstore.

Product Care Answers

How do I care for my gloves?

Put gloves on hands and wash by fully submersing in mild soap and water solution and opening and closing fingers. Squeeze dry while still wearing gloves and hang to drip dry. DO NOT DRY CLEAN OR MACHINE WASH.

How do I care for my shoes?

Excess dirt may be removed with a stiff bristled brush. For stubborn stains, use a mild household cleaner. Suede cleaner will keep your shoes looking their best. Routine maintenance with water-repelling spray will help increase the life of your driving shoes as well.
